Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with JK!

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item. Jk is not held liable for items damaged or lost in transit.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

Our Change of Mind Policy does not apply to:

  • earrings

  • resized rings

  • engraved items

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at support@jkjewellery.com.au. We will guide you through the exchange process.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@jkjewellery.com.au
